At Park Cities HVAC, we are committed to providing high-quality products and excellent customer service. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, our return and refund policy makes it easy to request a return, exchange, or refund—whether the item is defective or simply not what you expected.

1. Return Eligibility

We accept returns for both defective and non-defective products under the following conditions:

The item must be in new, unused condition.

All original packaging, manuals, and accessories must be included.

The return request must be made within 30 days of the delivery date.

Products that show signs of use, installation, or wear may not be eligible for a full refund.

2. Exchanges

We offer free exchanges within 30 days of delivery for products that meet the return eligibility criteria.

Common reasons for exchanges include:

Receiving the wrong item or size

Preference for a different model

Product defect or damage during shipping

If you would like to initiate an exchange, follow the return process below and specify the reason and desired replacement.

3. How to Start a Return or Exchange

To initiate a return or exchange:

Place the item in its original packaging with all accessories included.

Attach the return label to the outside of the package.

Drop the package off at the designated carrier location.

All returns must be shipped by mail. We do not accept in-person returns at this time.

4. Return Shipping & Fees

Return Label: Provided by us (free to download and print)

Return Shipping Fee: Free for all approved returns and exchanges

Restocking Fee: No restocking fees apply

We cover the cost of return shipping to make the process as easy as possible for you.

5. Refund Processing

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the status of your refund. If your return is approved:

A full refund will be issued to your original payment method.

Refunds are typically processed within 10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.

Please note that depending on your bank or card issuer, it may take additional time for the refund to appear on your statement.

6. Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged, incomplete, or defective, please notify us within 7 days of receiving your item.

Include the following in your email:

Order number

Description of the issue

Clear photos of the damage or defect

We will offer a free replacement, exchange, or full refund depending on the situation.

7. Non-Returnable Items

While we try to accommodate most returns, the following items are not eligible for return or exchange:

Used or installed products

Items returned after 30 days

Custom-ordered or special-order HVAC components

Gift cards or promotional vouchers
